  We have been coming to Ra for over 14 years (used to go to the one downtown) and we love it. But last week we brought my Sister in law to get her hooked since she now works in the mall and the service was horrible. The server forgot everything we would ask her for, my husband eventually got up and went to the bat where she was just standing and relaxing and asked her for what we asked for hwr response "you didn't ask for any of that" Really?! That's so unprofessional I served for years and you just don't respond like that. We always get 2 rounds of sushi but after the first round my husband and sister said they didn't want to stay anymore so we paid and went to the restaurant next door. Its a shame because it's still great food but now that we had this bad experience I don't see us going back anytime in the future.
