  Since 11/2017, I’ve complained of smoke and was told by Key Investment staff member, I think Nancy was her name that I was possibly having side effects from chemo. Then on 3/16/2018, I received a letter stuck to my door indicating that “they received several complaints from tenants regarding smoking inside the building.” Since Jan 2018, I complained of frozen windows and peeling paint. Don used an hair dyer to unfreeze the windows in Dec. On or about 3/11 I received a call from a contractor (Key Investment gives out their tenants phone numbers so tenant and contractor can coordinate maintenance repairs) wanting to check out the problem, he said, windows should have been repaired before winter and some other things too. Unfortunately, all the work with the windows and peeling paint will take him a day to complete, I have to schedule a day off work to allow him to do repairs and of course, there will be a strong smell for a few hours, so I have to leave strangers in my rental apt to do the work or stay and run the risk of getting sick. I called him to schedule a date yesterday, waiting on a response. Also, Brenda left me a voicemail message in Dec or Jan asking me to remove her name from this blog because, “she wasn’t the one I spoke with.” We’ll see if I can get the repairs done before my lease is up, or if it will be renewed for another year, since I complain.
  
  Key Investment rep Brenda told me to move if I’m not happy because I’m complaining about frozen windows and smoker in building which Rep Ryan told me it was no smoking allowed when I viewed the apartment. In the past, I’ve had plumbing issues, bugs, broken refrigerator and because I’m complaining Brenda told me to move if I’m not happy and told me I would not get my security deposit back if I moved before my lease yet I told her I would gladly move when security deposit is returned
