  I visited the store on 03/03/18 with my 4 year old and 7 year old girls. There was only one other customer in the store. The staff did not greet us or even show up from the back for a while. Finally we ask one of the ladies if we could get some play time with one of the staff members and she flat out said no in the most condescending manner stating that they are extremely busy on Saturdays and unless we will buy the dog today they can't. she was extremely rude. I asked her a few questions and she was unbelievably rude to the point where I wished I never asked. My daughter ended up crying and it was just a miserable experience. I am in Sales and I was taught that customer is King. Clearly not the case at this store. If I could give a zero rating I would. Never going back to this location again!
