  Terrible service. Went to open a HELOC loan and the loan officer along with the underwriters took 2 months of our time and at the end, the whole process expired because of their incompetence. No one here takes any initiative to check in with you. I called in to talk to the branch manager to complain. The branch manager wasn't available when I called nor did anyone ever call me back. Unacceptable for an institution that claims to be 5/3s better than the competition...whatever that means.
