This shop is absolutely AMAZING!!!! I go once a week and the rates, service and atmosphere is ALWAYS relaxing, professional & clean!!!! If u want to have BEAUTIFUL hands & feet come Essence Nail Salon! The pedicure is one of the BEST I have ever received...from the hot towels to relaxing hot rock massage and all for $23 add $10 and u can have a manicure that last for at least 4-5days! Simply the BEST deal in the area! The owners are nice and treat every customer with ♡! BEST SHOP IN TOWN!!!!!!!!!

Have gone there twice, because I like their prices. Otherwise...not worth it. Got a no chip and the lady literally painted my skin. She cleaned it up pretty nicely but it took forever. However it chipped within 3 days. When again (cause I like the prices) wanted 2 manicures, one for my and my sister and she just polished my nails?? And walked away. The lady never came back, a new customer walked in and she took them over my sister. Horrible customer service. Not to mention another employee was scarfingn down food right in the main floor, how disgusting. Upset. If you're strapped for cash go here otherwise pay an extra buck or too and get some quality service.

Very nice techs. Only negative is that they are not timely sometimes with appointments. Meaning I've still had to wait even after making an appt. Their English isn't the best either but they are talented.
