I have to say that Larry Berry is a truly great person to be in sales at drive time in Lombard. Right off the bat he greeted me at the door , offered coffer or water asked what I was looking for and grabbed some keys. The first vehicle was the one , he was efficiently fast the process was quick the vehicles mileage was low, and newer. I love DriveTime. Their customer service is excellent. My experience at this car lot was amazing. The people here are very helpful. Joanna is a sales worker who has a lot of great qualities. I am a hard person to deal with because I expect so much and my mind be everywhere. Joanna was able to place me in the vehicle that I wanted. I had a lot of problems and she was still able to assist me. Sales associates deal with people like me on a regular and for her to help me and I'm so stuck in my ways, I applaud her for her great work. I will always refer people to her. Thank you all so much.
