  You deserve zero stars Carsons Lombard. It is no wonder you are shutting down, your store has really gotten worse over the past year. This is anything but a classy store. ARIAL in handbags is so rude, she gave me lip today that was so uncalled for. Mam you never speak to customers the way you spoke today. Your in a customer service position and you are so very UNPROFESSIONAL ARIAL. When asked for ARIALS manager, CAROL never showed up to the department, a careless attitude, and the store manager DAVE well lets see ARIAL said, he was unavailable without even checking, then changed that to say he was in a meeting. Two different answers and she never picked up the phone to call DAVE the store manager to the department. Meetings? Your store is shutting down, the meetings are over, serve the customers while you still can. TERRIBLE store, terrible department (was a huge mess in handbags), terrible rude associates, especially ARIAL.
